Longer Sitting Linked to Shorter Lifespan
|
A 14-year study of 120,000 Americans finds that those who report the most sitting time daily, regardless of factors like obesity or exercise, had a 35 to 94 percent higher risk of early death.

Moderate Caffeine Consumption in Pregnancy Not a Risk for Pre-Term Delivery
|
A new position statement issued by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists states that moderate caffeine intake – less than 200mg a day – won't increase the risk of miscarriage or pre-term birth.

Mississippi food facilities are graded A, B or C, reflecting whether critical violations were found during
inspections and how quickly they were corrected. The facilities below received a grade of C for
a critical violation that could not be immediately corrected, or a critical violation repeated from their last inspection.
